These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the InfoEdu WordPress education theme and education website development. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
Theme License
- Each purchase of an InfoEdu theme includes a unique license key.
- Once a license key is handed over, it is non-refundable and solely your responsibility.
- We only validate license keys through our server. We do not have access to your theme, license, or website data.
Website Development
- Once delivered with credentials, your education website belongs fully to you.
- You have full rights to manage, transfer, or migrate your website at any time without our approval.
- We do not retain login details or request access after handover.
- After delivery, if the client makes changes that cause design or functional issues, we are not responsible for restoring the original design.
- Any redesign or fixes may incur additional charges.
License Suspension
- We reserve the right to block, suspend, or terminate any license key in cases of unauthorized use, license theft, illegal distribution, or fraudulent activity.
- License keys may also be suspended if installment payments or agreed-upon fees remain unpaid.
- Such actions will only be taken in cases of clear violation of our policies, and affected users will be notified.
Data & Privacy
- We do not store sensitive client data or access customer websites after delivery.
- User activity on our website is tracked only for marketing improvements. No personal or payment data is tracked without consent.
Limitation of Liability
- InfoEdu is not responsible for any loss of data, downtime, or issues caused by external hosting providers, domain providers, or third-party plugins.
- You are responsible for managing your website security, backups, and maintenance after delivery.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
